AI Voice Magic works exclusively with businesses that are actively generating revenue. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion. Submitting a discovery call request does not constitute a binding agreement.
All services require a setup fee and ongoing monthly management fee as outlined in your Service Agreement. Usage-based costs (such as call minutes and SMS volume) are billed separately at cost.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your Service Agreement.
Our property: All content on aivoicemagic.com — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Audax Group LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Your property: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. By providing materials, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your services.
Work product: Custom systems, automations, and AI agents built for you are delivered as part of your engagement. Ownership terms for custom builds are specified in your Service Agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.
Our AI voice agents and automation systems are designed to interact with end users on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our systems complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state laws governing automated calls and text messages.
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from your own customers and contacts before deploying AI agents or automated outreach on their behalf.
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from AI Voice Magic regarding your inquiry, AI advancements, and exclusive offers. Message frequency varies. Standard rates apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audax Group LLC and AI Voice Magic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved. Results vary based on your business, industry, market conditions, and implementation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Audax Group LLC, AI Voice Magic, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service, together with your Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Voice Magic regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
